What Is Included

As a professional security guard your goal is to observe and report during your shift, however sometimes you may be required to act on behalf of your employer or client.  Whenever a security guard intervenes in a situation, it’s important that you understand personal liabilities or what liabilities your employer, or the client may be subject to because of your actions.

You must know the criminal, civil, and/or administrative consequences of your action or inaction? 

You will gain knowledge of how the Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (BSIS)’s code of regulations covers these legal and liability aspects. We will also cover how your role as a security guard interacts with these liabilities and legal aspects.

Guard Duty Corp Difference

While online security guard training courses may offer convenience, they cannot compare to the benefits of learning in person from a qualified instructor. Online courses can be seen as a shortcut to getting a certificate, but lack the personalized attention and practical experience provided by in-person training. In-person training provides students with the opportunity to receive real-time feedback and personalized attention, as well as the chance to practice their skills in simulated real-world scenarios.

It is my sincere pleasure to write a review for Dr. Will. I took the Basic Firearm class, in January 2023. I was a person who never felt there was a need to handle, let alone be in possession of a firearm. Dr. Will made me, and the other members of the class feel comfortable.
